Plywood bass
A good plywood bass should last for more than a lifetime.
We sell the new Thompson Upright RM-100
plywood upright bass. While plywood basses have always
been cheaper than most carved basses, they make excellent basses
for young students and up to seasoned professional upright bass
players alike. They are durable, (because they are made with
layers of thin wood glued in opposing direction) and they will not
sustain weather cracks like a carved bass and can withstand lots
of hard knocks and abuse or the severe elements .We are bass players,
taking care of other bass players here. All of our new
basses come with extensive warranties.
What's coming (new) in our plywood basses:
With our new shipment of plywood basses (arriving sometime in
January) we will be offering a more substantial and diverse selection.
In addition to the classic, medium brown RM-100, will be the very
same model, but with a wonderful Blonde finish for the same price.
Additionally, we will offer the same bass with an upgraded, hand
rubbed oil varnish and another with upgraded tuners. Lots
of choices, great prices and the same, high quality as always.

in.
