Here is the new Genzler Megellan 350 bass amp head.  It's great for upright double bass, as well as the bass guitar.  You can use this very same amp on gigs and sessions where you need to play both instruments or just the one!  It has tons of power, but again, the key here is Quality of Sound.  It will not alter your double bass sound, but it accurately shows off the natural (beauty) of your bass.  Basically, it's only 9x9x3" and will fit nicely into any small hand bag.  (A nice cover is also available as well.)
